Dividends

Most of the income generated by the protocol is returned to participants who have assigned their YUM to the Dividends feature.

This dividend allocation might consist of various tokens and occurs constantly (reward per second), aligned with weekly cycles.

Epochs

The system operates on a weekly cycle basis: each week, a predetermined portion of the accumulated tokens designated by the owner is set aside for distribution. This routine is conducted every 7 days.

Reward Distribution

Throughout each cycle, the token distribution is evenly spread over the cycle's duration. It is awarded every second to users holding YUM in the Dividends feature, in proportion to their stake in the total distribution.

To simplify:

• Suppose there's a total of 10,000 YUM committed to the dividends feature.

• Daily, 10,000 USDC is distributed.

• If a user commits 200 YUM, they hold 2% of the total commitment, entitling them to 2% of the daily rewards, which equals 200 USDC.

Dividends are dispensed continuously, allowing users to collect them without waiting for the cycle's end.

Deallocation

Users can withdraw their YUM from this feature anytime without restrictions.
